Can you give an example of a follow-up phone call where a Salesman does not sound needy but rather a professional consultant

I think the salesperson's job is to convince them that they are making the right decision by buying an RV. They just need someone to guide them through the process and reassure them they're making the right decision.

This was very informative I’m in the service department making the switch to sales good news is I’ll be the only sales person it’s a small dealership so I won’t have to fight anyone but we probably won’t get as much traffic as a big dealer but if I follow your advice I think I can still make some sales

Hey Chris, I really appreciate your content. I’ve been in RV sales for about 2 months. I had no previous sales experience or really any exposure to RV’s for that matter. I’ve had moderate success. I use Facebook marketplace as a means outside the dealership to generate leads and conversations. I want to ultimately start demoing RV’s on TH-cam as I get more comfortable with the product.

Wish I would’ve seen this yesterday man, had a be back come in to look at a beautiful Reflection. After I asked if they wanted to look at cost of ownership and they said yes, we start to head back inside and the wife started asking about another floor plan, which turned into an additional one as well. Then the enchanted moment was long gone and they ended up walking on me after number presentation.

You should have way more views on your videos, man. Holy cow. I'm training to be a new salesman and I have found so much knowledge in your videos, so I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate you taking the time to make these videos and help us out.

I don’t have a say in it so ultimately, it doesn’t actually matter BUT I would think that stressing the deposit is refundable would work the opposite way and give them a reason to get out of the deal easier. We don’t mention it and do other things at the show to solidify the purchase and make it final in their mind (getting the max deposit, ringing the big loud gong, taking the celebratory picture with our company sign etc…)
