I think this woman is incredibly brave being the ' Tall Poppy" for a personality disorder xx
I feel that. So sad that she does not have a youtube channel but I love seeing her.
Addiction stole my older sister and everything that happened completely changed the entire family 😢 I feel for you and my heart breaks 💔
Hell yes. That loneliness on the inside........

This was a great podcast. I can so relate to Brookes story. I was a chronic pain patient for 13 yrs. (opiates) All while working and raising four kids. The hiding it and keeping it secret was so soul-crushing. Thank you for Sharing your story Brooke. Jacob keep going, your interview style is so genuine. Look forward to more of your content. Subscrbed. TY
Thank you for listening and being able to relate! Brooke is an amazing person and very honored she shared her story like she did! Also really appreciate your comment on my role in that, my name is Brandon though 😁🤣 haha! Also if you would be interested in sharing your journey, would love to hear from you! Thank you again!

Thank you for listening! Appreciate your time!
Thank you for these very important thoughts
Thank you for listening! 😁
Just found your video! And it helped me a lot. I’m a senior in college, highly anxious of my future. After watching this, it hits me that the action I’m doing now won’t seem to be anywhere near what I want to do, but it’s all part of the step to get there. I was too focused on the destination and not the big picture. Just want to share, keep it up!
Hey, thank you for this comment! Really appreciate you sharing this with me! Love hearing it and you are spot on! Keep your head up and keep working towards your goals and dreams my friend!
Whine, whine, whine!
Thank you both of you for this honest conversation regarding this topic.
Thank you for listening! Appreciate your time!

@@Illuminatenavigateradiate You're really welcome!
now when we are bored, it’s so easy to pick up your phone and start scrolling. I say, scrolling through this reel
Exactly.... stillness for the over achiever
That is the only way we can start to do something about it
Quit entertaining the past.
We all deal with life in different ways, thank you for the input though!
💯🎯Truth
Right?! Thank you for the comment!
It's not scary because like you already know the effects and consequences of doing certain drugs
Yeah, I just meant how quickly it pulls you in. Especially when you are younger and you have that mindset of, "that won't happen to me" lol I literally told myself that the first time I used heroin and it sure as hell got me! Thanks for the comment!
I'm almost 4 years clean from a 5 year meth addiction and my mediation has been imperative to my sobriety.💞💖
Love it! Thank you for sharing that, always empowering to hear those examples, keep it up!
@@Illuminatenavigateradiate 👍😁💞💖
You are so right brother. Was addicted to opiates for over 27 years. The grind of living a double life to keep it together was so exhausting.
Couldn't agree with you more! Hopefully you are doing well now and not feeling that stress!
In my 20s, I told a friend that I felt so alone and used the analogy of an island; he said something so profound, that 20 yrs later I still hear it. He said, "You know islands are still surrounded by water filled w/ sealife, you just can't see them cuz ur the island" You're not alone, you've only isolated urself from others and created distance to protect yourself; bring down ur walls and watch people come in to your kingdom.
I really like this! Thank you for sharing that!
This is great! Thank you for sharing!
Wow
I've known Joe a long time now and am beyond proud of the man he's become(ing). He's helped me so much on my own journey and I'm lucky to call him Friend.
Living life on life's terms is new to me. But you're right, life does not care!!
Thanks for this message 😊
Of course! Hopefully you were able to take something from it! 😁
So proud of you Joe and all your hard work! That was a great discussion, I really enjoyed it!
You’re amazing! Every time I hear your story, I get a little emotional. You are brave, you are capable and you are inspirational! Keep flexing the sobriety muscle! A great conversation to listen to! Thanks for sharing to both of you guys!!
I follow Kylie and I am married to a narc, I decided to heal and he is now enrolled in a program that I hope he is taking it seriously rather than adopting masks. Knowing that you have transformed gives the abused hope. Thank you for your bravery!

Good luck my friend! You got this! Don't give up on yourself and keep pushing. Take it 5 minutes at a time if you have to. I feel those words, takes me back to when I was heading off to rehab, give it time, give yourself a chance!

I have discovered that Im a magnet to the kids that have been admitted at least 3 times XD im more than happy to accommodate any needs/wants they have while being able to keep my mental health good. Im assuming this is my sign that the 6 therapists that told me i need to be admitted were right. :) i love having the friends i do we can talk about random history facts or m^rder and laugh the whole time . ❤
Good intention, but delusional A divorce will rock any Normal child's world and be devastating
