I have the apc ups 950 there's two cheap which one should i cut ??
Hello guys, I want to increase the battery charging output voltage to 14 volts. Has anyone come across modified this board for 60 amp car batteries?
Thanks alot.. It works Just isolate or cut the 4th pin (if you read the numbers on the IC count the legs under the writing from left to right)

i've cut pin4 to my BE350G-LM and nothing happened... it continues working to maximum 60 minutes... :-/
How can i know what's the Pin4?? what's the orientation respect to the letters and numbers in the chip?

Would it work in a APC back-ups 350VA ?? mine shuts off after 1 hour, no matter if battery is full... to continue using it i have to disconnect one batt terminal by +/- 5 seconds then reconnect again, and it continues working by another 1 hour more... wtf where the designers thinking when they did that??

if the number of timer ic is 93C46WP yes it work.
where is the IC located on the APC 1100 UPS board
The pin 4 is "DO"=serial data output then the pin 2 "SK"= serial data clock.
Then what pin have i to cut?? pin 2 or 4? ??

when you put a battery with large capacity like 100 ah batt. and the ups is in batt. mode the ups will shot down in a few moment even the battery is full charge, to avoid the ups to shot down you have to kill the timer..
