I bought me a full body panel a year ago. Been using it on average 3-4x a week! I’m not sure if i see a Huge difference in my skin or hair… but i do feel like it helps relax my muscles and helps me recover “lil soreness or lil pains” in my body from gym or day to day going. I suffer with tendinitis a lot and i feel like this definitely has helped it get calmed down. The panels i have use RED LED and NIR light (dual). Wavelength is also important!
