Requirements po kasi ng Philippine Embassy in Qatar na if mag Civil Wedding po and 21-25 years old need po ng Parental Advice from the Parents. Since my parents are in the Philippines, so we're not allowed to have the Civil Wedding in Philippine Embassy Qatar?

if your other country and plan to get married there, please check what are the requirements in that country. As far as I know the parents consent, is in the Philippines only if you that you want to get married in the Philippines, your municipality will give you a form to get the signature of your parents or your guardian proving that they don’t have objection or allowing you to get married that’s what I know NOTE:: The report of marriage process is the documents that you need to do AFTER you got married in other country

Maam, bale yong original cenomar ko po ay kinuha ng court as our requirement nong kinasal kami sa Kenya, so kung ipapa register ko po yong marriage ko dito sa Qatar does that mean kukuha ulit ako ng panibagong cenomar na original copy?

if your in Qatar you can use by post po .. i cannot remember now how much i paid but what i did i send my documents through post sa Qatar office sa my almeera mansoura area . you can send it anywhere post office as long as close to your house.

to be safe po para sakin hindi po pwede .. para legal po much better maging single muna si ate .. kasi for me po kasi single ako .. i still get a cenomar in the philippines. But take note in Georgia wedding they will just ask your passport and money to proceed the wedding.

Georgia given us two copies one for my husband and me and we did not attested. my husband just keep his copy doing nothing , except me I need to register my Marriage Certificate with the use of Report of Marriage form to notify the Philippines that I already marriage.
