    This was wonderful!! I hope to share this with my family, but for now, I'm starting with me. I love how you include the ancient information of how our body holds emotions and the liver is the emotion of anger and frustration. We all could use some liver cleansing. This is a great routine to come back to when I feel this way. 😊 Thank you so much!
