Happy 40th to my favorite restaurant on earth! Had the pleasure to trail in the beautiful kitchen there a few years ago, first time i've ever cried from how good the food was in a restaurant. Hoping to summon up the courage to apply for a job there, it would be a dream. Best wishes!
