The Stag is one of those cars that could have been but wasn't. It had the misfortune to be designed and built by the wrong company at the wrong time.

U7uf and groggy and the other people 6th in 8th May for a few weeks in September as I have to move to the next week for my exams next Tuesday I have a couple more weeks for my head work so I'll be in London on Thursday and Tuesday

for a start its the rover v8 and ive got a stag with the triumph v8 and i got a custom rad made and used waterless coolant and its been fine for years

Most likely the original 3.0 triumph v8.
Top of the comments the video poster stated: _"Would like to make this clear that this has a Rover V8 and a Custom Exhaust"_ DVLA still has it registered as a 2997cc V8 i.e. the Triumph engine.

Just a heads up ICE fan boys will complain about a lack of noise of the engine. But it is pretty impressive that so many Tesla owners showed up on their own without company money to give 10,000 free rides. Great job guys just look at Goodwood how electric cars ruled the day a few days ago.

Seven or eight grand for a usable one needing bits and bats doing to it I'd say, for the minters you're in the 13-15k region.

I like Stags, and I have one myself, but they're not exactly rare, are they? I mean, if you wanted one tomorrow, you have a choice of many to pick from... probably more than 10... Same with Austin 1100s, MGBs Morris Minors. Now, if you wanted a Hillman GT, for example, then you have a long wait !

Lewis72 Well, little story .... my dad bought a stag more than 10years ago but his first stag wasn't the best stag .... now he owns his 3th stag and this 1is a really good 1..... well what I want to say is ..... if you want a good 1they're rare .... if you want a decent 1 ..... they're not
Oddly enough, a Hillman GT HAS come up on E-Bay. It's one of two in this country. My friend has a good Stag as over the years he has fully restored it. I may do the same with mine or decide to get something else. My uncle gave me a somewhat rusty '76 XJ-S last summer, which will need the usual time & money !
