I want to return mine too 😢 were you able to close the heat press to box it up? It’s been in the open/up position since I tried it. Didn’t realize but I guess it was in the closed position when first received because that’s the only way the styrofoam packaging will fit around it for me to return

Hi Brittany, Happy New Year! Thank you for putting these videos out, greatly appreciate it. I have watched some of your other videos and I noticed in other videos you had the thread pop-out once it was done so maybe you can provide me guidance on how to resolve. I just purchased and received the Marquee 2001 and ran the "I" tension test. The top results look perfect, the bottom results also look very good with a few needles that may need a bit of tweaking since there is a bit too much bobbin thread showing but thank you for this video! This has resolved all my issues except one. The only issue with needles 4-5 is that the thread pops out once it has completed the "I" so i need to re-thread them every time, also the threads look like they broke. It's only those 4 needles/threads and like I mentioned above the top and bottom results are good. How would you attack this issue?

Came out great! I like that font. Silk is hard to embroider on. I think the magnetic frames really help keep the fabric secure.

I’m pretty new at multi needle embroidery, but my mentor told me to always mark the center of the fabric and print out the design to place it temporarily in the intended spot - ensures size is correct and saves a ton of time from hooping and re-hooping. You’re a pro and I’m learning so much from you, so I’m definitely not telling you how to do these projects! I’m just curious why you don’t print designs first.

That tool is called a seam ripper. Nobody will use that pocket on pj’s and at least now you can embroider on two layers of this slippery fabric.

This was actually really comforting I've been eyeing off the magnetic sleeve hoop for my machine but been feeling a little intimidated as its expensive and I haven't used a hoop that shape before, so it was nice to see the reality of how it went/ how you overcame it. Doesn't feel so daunting now, maybe ill order one myself after I a few more orders. I'm a over a year into my embroidery business in Aus and only just starting to make a name for myself in the community so these things take time for me and it still seems like a big investment.

Can you show how you download a font from Dafont and use it to embroider?

Didn't find the "rocket shit" on Etsy. I did however find the rocket ship. I laughed so hard when I saw the spelling. Great video and the shirt looks great.

Love your bow. You should hoop only your stabilizer. Run the first stitching, then float your shirt.The second stitching will hold your shirt down and show where to place your fabric. The third stitching will tack down your fabric and after cutting it away it will do the final satin stitch.

You call those sweaters we call those sweatshirts .

I flip it inside out and take my seam ripper to the bobbin. Sorry that happened to you! Its so pretty.. Also you shouldnt have unhooped..

Did you say that you feel like the side split is on its way out?

I saw someone today say that they run their placement stitch twice and somehow that helps with cutting out the design. Not sure why. I would think maybe that would be more helpful during the tack down phase.

It looks like you haven't centred the names. Cameron starts further to the Right than Ashlynn. Place all your names then highlight them all and centre. Looks good though.

Hi Brittany! I'm not sure if you brought this up, but it seems like your hoop wasn't positioned correctly on the left bracket, which caused the embroidery to shift. I appreciate your showing us this part of embroidery, it really helps me relax and not be so hard on myself.

I know its waaaay too late to be helpful for you but...for a project like this, I would start with the sleeves since they are so much fussier than doing the front. I only have a flatbed so I open sleeves to do that kind of thing and watching you...I think maybe opening up the sleeves is actually easier. But EVERYONE struggles sometimes with this stuff and its nice to see people be honest about it. When you are alone in your sewing room it's so frustrating!

The name Cameron should have been lined up with the name below it because they were longer names and there wasn't enough room in the hoop to embroider the name Cameron because it was to far over in the hoop,

I’m new to sweatshirt embroidery so thanks for your patience with my question! I was told “if you wear, don’t tear” when it comes to stabilizer. In other words, use cut away on clothing. You used tear away. Do you notice any real difference in durability after several washings? Thanks!
