Hi folks, picked up this transmission using WebSDR on 04.08.2023 . For hours nothing then again, like the last time, a march started playing followed up by a men speaking messages and then the same march plays again.
I found this channel in the end of July playing another song (kind of a pop song) with a speaking voice and so I tried my luck again around the same time. Language should be russian. (I understood at least a few things).
Any clue?
