Beauty Box Korea was an online store that has nail items. Seems that prices are better than zillabeau but not as large choice of nail products. I have not purchased from them but it’s tempting lol.

Use your phone stand to drain "almost empty" top coats into another bottle. Just set the one you want to drain, upside down, on the phone stand and set the receiving bottle under the one you want the top coat (or whatever polish) you want to drain it into. I do this to conserve polish instead of throwing it away. :)
