This channel will mainly consist of any MTA’s Express Bus routes. Primarily here in Woodside, Queens since that’s where I live.
Not In Service express coaches going westbound on Queens Blvd to Manhattan
Filmed on 9/4/24
Due to partial closure of the Queens-Midtown Expressway caused by a leakage, the majority of express buses had to use alternative routes. The QM4, QM5, QM6, and a bunch of not in service buses were going westbound via Queens Blvd into Manhattan. Which is rare in a sense that here in Queens Blvd, the expresses takes the Queens-Midtown Expressway at Woodhaven Blvd to head into manhattan. In my area only 2 not in service coaches go westbound on Queens Blvd and into the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Enjoy this short video of some of these expresses heading into Manhattan via Queens Blvd. I’ve also filmed some expresses on the BQE because why not.

Filmed on 4/10/24 I’ve decided to film a couple of these Orion VII NGs because they are slowly retiring these after the OGs. I unfortunately missed out on filming the OGs while they were still in service, which is why I’m filming as much as these NGs before its their turn for retirement. 2006 MCI D4500CL 3306 & 3290 QM2 & QM20 Super Expresses heading northbound on BQE

Filmed on 3/19/24 There’s only a few buses that runs via the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. All of the are super express buses with 1 SE QM2 & 3 SE QM20 buses. 2013 MCI D4500CT X63 2260 heading eastbound underneath the LIRR on Queens Blvd

Filmed on 3/26/24 Here’s a rush hour only X63 bus heading underneath LIRR’s mainline, which again I have a separate railfanning channel. After the MTA announced redesigning the whole Brooklyn & Queens bus network back in 2019 (I believe), in the final plans they are planning on changing the symbols on the X63, X64 & X68 buses to QM to be more synchronized with the other QM buses. 2021 Prevost X3-45 QM44 1342 heading eastbound on Queens Blvd

Filmed on 3/11/24 I saw this QM44 while exiting a 7/11 store. This is a rush hour only bus, makes only 4 trips out of manhattan to 164th st. This being the second trip out of midtown at 5:05 PM. On weekends, the QM4 substitutes the QM44. Filmed on 3/18/24 This was filmed on the same day as the QM15. After I had some lunch, I decided to wait for the QM2 since I saw on the app, and he wasn’t too far away. This along with the QM3, QM20 & QM32 are the only buses that runs via Northern Blvd. Of course the QM2 is a non rush hour bus alongside the QM20 but the 20 doesn’t operate on weekends. 2007 MCI D4500CL QM15 3320 at Thomson Ave in Long Island City

Filmed on 3/18/24 After I finished my first class here in college, I immediately saw this QM15 waiting at a stop light and I decided to film it since this is a bus that doesn’t run via Queens Blvd. QM15 operates everyday except on Sundays. Midtown 57th St via 6th Ave to Lindenwood Cross Bay Blvd via Woodhaven Blvd
