a better glitch is in but or train use noclip and noclip into the road and disable noclip with the ui not pressing V and then ragdoll your limbs will go behind you behind the train/bus and bang into the floor repeatedly giving you a bunch of points thats what i did for only 5 hours for ibm which is increasingly less time than it would just spamming ragdoll to get hurt it would take days doing it normally

Very cool, sure, but definitely room for improvement, do you even know about certain attacks being parriable? Like juggernat's 2 variants of hammer throw and vagabond's 2 variants of jump attack.
