Roadworks And Lighting | Salland's Adventure World | 11
In the previous update, I mentioned that the on and off ramps are still under construction. To make this even clearer, traffic guide beacons and traffic cones have been placed. Additionally, streetlights have been installed around the on and off ramps, which also extend partially along the highway itself. The streetlights are slightly shorter than the ones on the highway.

      Hello Olivier, thank you so much! It's true that there are a lot of details in the game, but in my opinion, these details elevate the realism to a whole new level. If you enjoy games like this, I would definitely consider getting the game, even though it's not entirely perfect yet.

      @@PSVisionGaming Salut PS VIsion Gaming. I got it. I even pre-ordered it, but I find it poorly made and very poorly adapted to PCs unlike the first part and Planet Zoo. The game's polish leaves much to be desired. What bothers me the most are the LODs, which disappear way too quickly. I'm also curious why it took you 90 hours to work on a boat (what kind of boat). Was it due to the controls, or perhaps a lack of available parts?

    • @Olivier1970
      @Olivier1970 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@PSVisionGaming Salut PS Vision Gaming. The lack of parts didn't impact me too much, it was especially the new tools and their use that caused me a problem. The boat is taken from the cartoon "The Mysterious Cities of Gold". I made a video of it and put it on TH-cam. 🙂🙂

      I started with a specific location that I know well and built upon it from there. Since I am familiar with the highway and intersection, I design most of it from memory, and using Google Maps for the finer details. For the signs, I use a Dutch road sign catalog. I do not have any photos of this.

These sensors measure, among other things, the amount of traffic and the number of trucks passing by. The white marks on the road indicate the presence of cabling for these sensors. The only downside is that the light shines through the viaduct, but this will be fixed later when I add proper lighting. So, it’s not a major issue for now. Thank you for the feedback! I'll see if I can add more variety to the tracks while keeping the same style to maintain the right sense of speed in the videos. Using a personal playlist is definitely a good idea; I do that myself sometimes as well. In the future, I would like to use different music that fits the various themes of the park.

    Salut PS Vision Gaming. Bravo! Bravo! Still as much perfectionism. I discovered the anti-underride system in your country. In France, we don't have this system. We have big "containers" filled with water...😑😑

      Thank you so much. What I understand, is that these guardrails I built aren’t very old, maybe 5 to 10 years in the Netherlands. Do these containers with water work a bit? Because as long as they do, there’s no need to rush to change them.

      @@PSVisionGaming Hello. They appeared at the end of the 90s and have been widespread since the 2010s. They are also positioned at certain toll booths on highways. I can't tell you if they are effective, I've never seen them in use. 😀

      What I’ve created is a new design and this is not very old. When a car hits the obstacle, the safety mechanism slides upward. The further it slides, the more resistance it generates. In a way, it’s a good thing you don’t see it happening.

      @@PSVisionGaming I watched someone review the trailers and mentioned that people might attach car props to coasters and run them underneath "asphalt" to simulate traffic. I thought that was brilliant, if that's actually possible. Don't own the game myself, I saw a few things that made me not want to spend that much money on it

    • @PSVisionGaming
      @PSVisionGaming หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is indeed possible to add vehicles to a roller coaster to make the traffic look more realistic. This is an idea I definitely want to work on, but first, I need to get to know the game better. I understand that you might have read certain things in reviews that led you to decide not to purchase the game, and of course, that is completely your right. The game is indeed challenging, but a promising new update is planned to be released in a few weeks. Personally, I think it’s important to experience a game myself before forming an opinion. I’ve played games in the past that received poor reviews but that I personally found very enjoyable.

    Is there any chance you could drop names of pieces you use in subtitles or something of the sort? I'm very interested in learning how you create these magnificent builds and props, but even slowed down by half, the video is a bit fast and I can barely keep up. Other than that, A+ work!

    • @PSVisionGaming
      @PSVisionGaming 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m going to disappoint you because I won’t be showcasing every piece I’ve used on my channel. Since I usually search by DLC pack or a general name, I would have to tear apart my own creations to figure out which pieces I’ve used. I’d rather invest that time into new projects. I do have a few mini-projects on the workshop, so maybe you could check those out-it might be easier for you to see how I’ve used the pieces. thank you for this comment 🥰
