This video is essentially the same for both the upper and lower hydro on all Case combines equipped with the 2 speed hydro. If you have the old single speed setup you have a motor instead of a second hydro assembly in the lower position.

I purchased this as a wedding gift for my little sis, but when mom and I tried it out it made a one way trip back to the store it was so loud it hurt your ears and seemed to struggle to make chocolate cookie dough it mixed OK while it was running but we shut it off before the batch was done because the noise was so bad
Thank you for the idea sir, that's also our problem
Whirlpool has went so downhill. Their mixers leak oil. They use a work around that lasts 1 to 2 yrs only. They used to be great
Thank you for the videos!
You are confusing "top stop" injectors with "stc" injectors. STC, or "Step timing control" has the "box" on the side of the engine and the injectors have a "hydraulic lifter" type link. Top Stop injectors were used in non-STC engines, Big Cams and their purpose was to momentarily unload the injector for lubrication purposes/camshaft life.
I am myanmar Thankyou
What it is red hot turbo an exhaust
I definitely don't like those wide axles on tractors. I wouldn't buy one if I had no use for it.
I got a question, i have a cummins nhc 250, 855 and it won't idle under 1300, at start up it will idle at 600 for 20 seconds, then jumps up to 1300rpms and stays thier. I adjusted idle at pt pump, I've turned down 3 times, and each time idle at 600 then jump up, adjusted again, idle at 500 then jump up on its own, adjusted again, idle at 500 and jump up to 1300 rpms, i can shut truck off, start up and idle at 600, then 20 seconds it jumps up to 1300 on its own and stay right thier. I'm not sure, it don't act like getting air, because don't stumble at all, everytime I start it, it starts right up, no hesitation.
pt pump needs rebuilt the afc will leak internally or fuel control valve gums up causing it to run away. extremely common on pt pumps
Not sure if you still monitor this channel but man do I have some questions for you. I have my first BC4 and I have been wondering what those things were on the richer box with the stainless braided line coming from down under the cam follower covers. I was just about to run the overhead but now I think I’ll wait to see if you respond. I am super familiar with the BC3 but not this. Runs amazing but jake’s are almost solely noise which is rare for a BC. Thank I for your post, can’t wait to see if you respond, thx…!
You still work on these, where you located at
I didn't get what gaskets you talk about on minut 11:00 whare do day go or can you explain me more thanks
Old vid I know but he was referring to the cam follower gaskets. It sets the timing on these engines… the thinner the gasket the faster the injector fires and longer it fires. Thicker the opposite
the gasket is more of a thickness shim. it changes where the roller on the cam follower contacts the cam
What's your diagnosis for a 2290 that is missing 4th gear? Have one local ro me with that issue I've looked at buying
Very good video
Do you have a split stand design that works good?
Thanks for the video very informative 👍🏻
I got this same exact issue going on except this one lopes excessively through to 2100
Mine like that works just fine. Probably user error.
About 7 years ago, we had bought a new KitchenAid Stand Mixer with one year warranty. It produced high pitch (not loud; high pitch that hurt my ears. I can tolerate loud noise but not high pitched noise). We returned it the next day. Then we bought a new Kenmore Elite Stand Mixer 400 watt, 3 and 5 Qt bowl s about 7 years ago from Sears. At that time they had 5 Yrs warranty on this Kenmore. When we operated, it was loud but not sharp high pitch. That noise got ignored while paying attention to TV shows. Within a few days, some oil leaked (may be few drops, perhaps due to extreme Arizona heat grease melted away and released as oil leak). Since it had 5 Yrs warranty and was working fine except for the noise, we did not return it. We used for 5-1/2 years without any trouble. Then it stopped working when our GE OTR microwave blew the fuse (may be both were in the same breaker). At that time it was out of warranty. So we bought a KitchenAid stand Mixer which was not producing high pitch noise, and my wife wanted to throw away the Kenmore Stand Mixer. However, I kept it in the garage instead of putting at the curb side. It stayed in the garage for 1-1/2 years. Two days ago I myself opened the Kenmore Stand Mixer and brought it back to life; it operated as usual. We now put the KitchenAid away in storage, and started reusing our Kenmore Elite Stand Mixer again. I am thinking to replace the grease (or fill it if it had partially depleted as oil leak) in the gear box which may reduce the noise. I liked the design of this Kenmore Elite, which can sustain load when the dough becomes too thick to handle, and still operate safely. This is the reason we put away the KitchenAid and re-commissioned our Kenmore Elite. We loved it and would give A+ rating. If anyone knows how to access the gear chamber of Kenmore Elite Stand Mixer, please upload a video. Please note that accessing the gear chamber of Kenmore is not the same as that of KitchenAid.
BTW what type of cheap ass hole opens and uses somebody's wedding gift before giving it to them?
The Kenmore elite stand mixer is built by Whirlpool who also owns and builds kitchenaid. The problem is that kitchenaid has patents on their beaters and they have a much better beater design. All kitchenaid attachments including the dough hook paddle wire whisk and hub attachments work on the Kenmore. The best thing to do is to by the Kenmore egg the attachment kit from kitchenaid. I promise that by doing that the Kenmore will out perform the kitchen aid.
This is all very true ,Kenmore "Sears" hired kitchen aid to make them for them.so all kitchen aid products will fit Kenmore also because it is a kitchen aid with a Kenmore tag on it.
i just bought one and it works excellent, if that little bit of whining noise is what you consider loud, you're feeble little ears would not like my stereo system at all. For anyone who is trying to get a decent review on this mixer, do not pay attention to this video at all. its pure BS and obviously biased. i bought mine for $199, it comes with 3 attachments and 2 sizes of bowls, uses all of the same exact add-ons such as a sausage stuffer/meat grinder , which is what i mainly bought it for. If you read the directions it tells you how to adjust the paddles so they fit the bowl properly, but i know... thats a lot of work to read instructions. in my opinion this is pretty much a kitchen aid stand mixer for a lot less money, whats not too like about it
Well if it was pure BS I wouldn't have posted it. The video is every bit of 6-7 years old now. If you watch several other reviews they bring up the fact that they have added more insulation to newer models to quiet them down. I still feel like it was extremely loud may have just been that particular machine but it was not the only one in the return bin at the time. We purchased a 600 watt HD kitchen aid for less than $20 more for both my wife and sister just a few weeks after this video, both are still running great. I wish I would have gotten a video of it running but if to read other reviews I am not the only one who felt this way. Again I reviewed the machine 6-7 years ago I am sure inprovments have been made. As for the other attempts at being a smart a$$ I don know what reading the manual would have done when there wasn't a beater issues and I dont believe I mentioned anything about the beater. It was just gutless and unreasonably loud.
It works excellent!!! I posted a separate comment in this regard @Sweet Memories
I am mad with the beater adjustment. I do not know what to do and yes, is very loud :(
I had a kitchen aide years ago it was great. Switched to this Kenmore this past Christmas and love it. The motor will get quiet after it breaks in a bit, that's how my KA was, it's about the same for me. The bowl is a little thinner, but no problems here. Cookies, brownies, cake. Whips cream in under a minute. Sounds like you had a bad one.
i feel the same
I have one and it works great, stronger than the kitchen aid of its size and way cheaper. I have made so many things with this and I love it. I am sorry that it was too loud to ou but it is a mixer and was not any louder than it should be.
i am sorry that i didnt get the video with it running but we had already stopped and finished the batch of cookies by hand because the machine didnt act like it was going to finish it.
everyone has different opinions. my family now has two kitchen aid mixers that would out work that mixer 10 to 1. my neighbor, an elderly lady, has one of these kenmore mixers and regularly makes cakes and pastries with it. her number one complaint is that it is so loud that her husband has a hard time hearing the tv in the adjoining living room and that it doesnt always have the power that it should. i will say that both our kitchen aids are much larger and i am glad i took the kenmore back.
We bought the Kenmore Elite® 5 Qt. 400 Watt White Stand Mixer and it is a wonderful machine. Makes me kind of wonder why someone would make such unfounded statements about a great product. Breads, cakes icings. Does not matter it does everything as good as my Kitchen Aid. I would not send an extra $130.00 dollars for the equivalent kitchen aid.
i had already put it back in the box when i made the video but it was crazy loud and struggled to make even basic cookies she has had her kitchenaid for a little over 6 months and she loves it not to mention the one i bought i got from sam's club and it was only like 20 higher
Why don't you let us see and hear it in action?
