7:50 120068, if it has the play dead buff - maybe the additional HP regen from play dead will take effect in terms of PVE, the burst damage provided by /Holy Feather Judgement/ is pretty low. Compared to /Feather of Order/, the overall damage, heck even potential dps, is literally higher for the spammable skill which is really counter intuitive imo.. this means that /Holy Feather Judgement/ is *the* PVP burst skill, but the damage formula is not supporting that :/ the aoe is nice, but I do hope that if it kills somebody, you automatically get a feather off of that kill
