Alongside Vodafone, we hosted an exclusive training session at Cardiff Arms Park, where a number of lucky girls were coached by Welsh Rugby players, Natalia John and Alex Callendar.
This special experience highlighted the importance of mental health, connection and our support networks, while celebrating the remarkable growth of women's rugby.
Through teamwork and empowerment, we inspired the next generation of female rugby players, making this day not only memorable but also a pivotal moment in their rugby journey.
