Learn anything at this ffs.
Judo, BJJ, MMA, Wrestling, hell even just any sport, it all helps. Most people that go into Buhurt either have a few years of various martial arts on their belt or were in the military. I went in blind with no experience earlier this year and I’m getting my ass tossed around and beat 👍

Just a bright colored flag to get people to stop. In a loud setting, while wearing a 15lbs helmet with padding, it can be hard to hear that a fight is over, so a bright color on a stick can be more effective for combatants to acknowledge the round is over.

We don’t really pay attention during training weekends. The real winners are the ones that get to watch and not get hurt until it is their turn 👍
