What is your strain relief solution for the power cable? Most LED panels do not have integrated strain relief and you risk the possibility of damage (or at worst, an electrical fire) if you do not account for this.

Everything I've seen, in these videos about RAGBRAI, it appears to me, to be a solidarity gathering, and commemoration gathering for all bicyclists, and a commemoration gathering for the cyclists killed in automobile involved mishaps, beit by accident or on purpose( roadrage, substance impairment, gadget impairment, etc.). A gathering that has been turned into a rolling festival.
