Hello Tokyo - Hyperlapse / Slow-Motion
This video was shot over a 5 day trip to Tokyo in January 2016.
It was my first time visiting Japan, a place I had always wanted to see. With a population of 35 million, Tokyo is the largest metropolitan area in the world. Due to this, I soon realised how lively and energetic this city really is.
I decided to take my camera and explore this fascinating city so rich in culture, tradition and innovation.
Equipment and Software used:
Canon 5D Mark III
Tamron 24-70 F/2.8 Di VC
Samyang 14mm T3.1
Edelkrone Slider & Action Module
Adobe After Effects
Twixtor
Lightroom
LR Timelapse
Music: Bonobo - Sapphire

Dubai Day to Night - Timelapse / Hyperlapse
มุมมอง 81K8 ปีที่แล้ว
In January 2015, I had the opportunity to spend some time in Dubai and to practice different timelapse techniques. It was something I've been wanting to learn for a long time. The city of Dubai is an incredibly inspiring modern city with beautiful architecture everywhere. I found this to be the perfect place for me to learn. This video is the result of my trip. Very nice! How did you manage to get both slowmo and timelapse in one take?
This is sooo nice. Do you use just handheld, or any gimbal/monopod on hyperlapses?
I was listening to Bonobo today and I just had to come back to this. With Japan opening up again, this brings memories
Olá e que legal

Nice transitions. Can you do a tutorial on this? Would really appreciate
dope work, clear you really spent some time on this.
This video made me buy my first camera 4 years ago.
Starting my job in broadcast engineering in a month thank you for this film again, it quite literally changed my life
great work on editing the film shots... to the music! and just outstanding the accomplishments of the feet of engineering and all the fascinating structures! see Dubai should be a symbol of the accomplishments made by man when all are willing to come and work together and set aside differences!

The hyper lapse at 0:37. Was this video sped up or a series of pictures you made into a hyper lapse? Trying to figure out how you did the corner change.

How? Please... Video or photos??! 😭
Hello, first your Time lapse is verry magical and so beautiful, two what Hardware or software did you use to make it, I would like to know how to make montages that looks like yours
this is sick!
Hi how did you combine the slowmotion sequence and the hyperlapse part?
This was just incredible, you really added a creatively unique aspect to your Japan experience. Very immersive and impressive! Thank you for the inspiration.
A montage, but you've told a captivating story! I really like the way you lead us into something in each scene, made us feel what it was like to be there. Make more films! Or teach us, I wanna see more from you (and nice song choice I love Bonobo)
And there is nearly 40 million people living in this one city. WOW...
More people than in Canada oe Australia
