It's definitely a heavier deck, but those scooters are very low price right now. I love my Urbanartt Butter. Heavy, but you will never break it. They're solid. Ethic is a great company if you want lightweight and wide, similar to your Prodigy X, but it will last much longer than it, although they are more expensive.

That's so neat! I've seen aggressive inline coming back too. I have a ton of respect for BMX. Basically scootering, but harder. Thanks for the comment. It feels good to know that some people are out there who just want to enjoy action sports without the bias. You should definitely grab a scooter at some point. Look at custom scooters on Facebook marketplace, and check out r/sScootering for advice (or me, I'd be happy to help). All ages are into scootering. I helped a guy in his late 40's pick one up to start learning, and one of my friends is 30 and rides. The bar to entry is easier anyway, so I think that's why it attracts older ages to start out with. Injury is something to look out for obviously, but I'd think it's worth it, especially with your previous experience. Let me know if you ever grab one!

@@NahziFarewell No worries. When I get it back whenever that is, I can take it off. Are you using two tools? I usually use one on each side to loosen it if it’s really tight.

Oh wow. That’s much worse. Even with this, everything was so wobbly. I don’t know how my scooter even lasted a session like this. No headset spacer might be impossible if you were at a park.

This was a cheap Amazon scooter, so I’m not surprised. It actually made for a great time. 🤣 The bars weren’t even steel, they were thin aluminum.
