Hey girlsss. Here are some of mine. I love Tumeric lotion (it might be pricey and if you order it then make sure it has loads of benefits listed) Jergens is my go to alternative when I dont have Tumeric. Use Blistex lip balm for me it works like a charm but then again everyone is different. Shave your face only if your pillow is clean, the bacteria when you sleep won't be good forbyour face. Use silk pillowcases. When you brush you teeth angle your toothbrush. Put perfume on your wrists and Ive been outting perfume on the side of my neck till i was told its bad and messes up the skin. So put it on the back of your shoulder or collar bons it has the same affect. Sweat spots are good places to put perfume. Including your neck in your face skin care to stop it from wrinkling.
