Not even by consoles, just the xbox series S..... Xbox series X and Ps5 would have no issues....Thats what's maddening.

People like you is why games don't improve and devs get lazy and steal from customers. Luckily we had enough people ''hating'' so the game added the mode in even tho it wasn't planned. And many other improvements have been done.

Oh yeah i think they did say that, although i would rather if it had local multiplayer in all maps

I agree I'm glad they didn't just completely remove it. But it's been pretty much removed in modern Dragonball games. FighterZ is a perfect example of why local multiplayer is so important. But not for everybody I totally get that

I want to play fighting games in the same room as my friends yes. I have friends that come over to my house and we will not be able to play together to the games fullest extent. It's lackluster unless you both pay 100$

Obviously important. But apparently impossible for the technology to handle for the full game. It's just disappointing. I'm still gonna buy and support this game

@@nathonz the point being companies are not going to put extra money into making local coop a thing....we are not talking about a 16 bit title I'm sure the budget for this game was massive....if they could have easily included it they would have but unfortunately I'm sure they pushed the machine to the limit with this game so I would not expect more maps in the future if I were you unless they come out with more basic ones

@@nathonz I been playing it this week, honestly people shit on it bc they are sheep following their favorite youtubers saying the game "isn't a real fighting game" and dick ride no individual shit. But real talk the game is great I am curious how sparking zero feels

@@nathonz id have to say dynamics arent really there even if there is a big cutscene... xenoverse 2 at times doesnt feel dynamic bt3 felt dynamic because every ki super or ult move dims the screen

@@blickman5090 agreed the explosions as well looked so good. The big ones making the screen entirely white by the end xD raging blast I always felt like had lamer explosions. But better destruction. And Tenkaichi had better explosions and less destruction. XenoVerse is definitely the slacker when it comes to destruction and the ki attacks. They feel very stiff. The Kamehameha shouldnt be like a frozen Popsicle. It should look like a Wave of energy xD thanks for commenting !

@@blickman5090 I agree man. Anybody dissing Jump Force is crazy. The story mode could have been better. And other things could be better of course. But the gameplay and fighting are Solid. Graphics are good even tho I don't like the style. But the game looks good. The character creator I also enjoyed. I wish they would have let us use Actual swords, but I liked my character quite a bit

@@starvinmarvin2130 Borderlands, Halo infinite/5 when modders decided to do it themselves. "It Takes Two" is a modern game with good graphics and a focus on local split screen. call of duty. Every fighting game other than Naruto striker and online focused games like it. It's the focus on online multiplayer I have a problem with and I feel like I'm not the only one. And they had a trailer about what "modes" are going to be included. They didn't mention a tournament of any variety. and I hope they sneak it in there anyway

What about giving the players the option to choose if they want to ''sacrifice'' the looks? what about the PC and the consoles that can handle it? have you ever heard of the concept of toggles or settings, or graphical settings? It is 2024.

@@nathonz It's really all Microsoft's fault because the only way Xbox can run split screen is if they delegate it to a low Fidelity stage and Microsoft's making them do that. Maybe in the future they'll make it so you can use more stages with split screen but for a while it's just going to be the one

@@TaylorUmpherville thank you for commenting :) I can't think of anything they removed from split screen in raging blast or Tenkaichi ? All the maps are there. The tournament mode itself was perfect for split screen. The limitations were on the frame rate for sure. I understand it's a lot to handle for the game. Just a bummer the game can't handle split screen anymore.

I will be testing this tonight. I remember when you slam someone down in the right spot on the ground it Sinks that part of the ground into the earth. I believe on split screen as well. Definitely smashing through buildings and mountains is unchanged. I love the grabs near a wall where the opponent gets stuck into the wall. But also available on split screen play. I'll find out later for sure

​@@nathonz all the maps in Tenkaichi 1-3 have minor graphical concessions, like trees missing mountains or hills that disappeared in local multiplayer.

@@swordandsheild1 I've never noticed that actually. I'm glad they kept in most of the terrain. The city map still got its trees. And the hillside or cliffside map with the road and truck also has most if not all it's trees. A downgrade for local is no problem at all when it's done like that. When it's only one Map, and the one map has no destruction what so ever. It's not even the same experience
