My own view on this dialogue is that l supported those supporting fidau with the following reasons - No single Quran verse that go against it - No single hadiths - We have Quran verse's that called out attention to the prayers and for the demise ones - We have Quran verses that supported feeding people and its rewards - We have hadiths that says one of the best sadaqa is given out food - They gave us hadiths that supported fidau, like preparing foods for the sympathisers and where it happens in the time of the holy prophet SAW and Sohabas -All the hadiths used by those against fidau are said to be weak by the opponent which they can't defend They also gave us hadiths where the food was prepared for the sympathetic which they eat include the holy prophet SAW For the others side, they can't give us any Quran verses that goes against it The two hadiths they gave has been proved weak by the opponent They cited Sheik Adam book in one of his book to say fidau is not permissible in Islam but what Baba was saying on that book is turning fidau to party and extravagant spending. Sheik Adam RTA, during his life time doesn't go against firdau bcos Baba used to attend to pray, lectured and Baba was never go against gathering and eating , all these was done by Sheikh Adam for his late parents while same was done during Baba's fidau In conclusion, I supported firdau prayer, lectured and feeding people that attended if they deceased family are capable What Islam don't support is celebration, party, drinking of alcohol etc during fidau "My openion" Asalam alaekum waramontullah

Jazakallah Khaeran to everyone, this is what we want in any controversial issues .....this is far better and acceptable than accusing ourselves by blackmailing, tarnishing image, placing curse, calling Muslims colleagues non sense names like oni bidia, kafr etc
