Healthy coconut cookies 🍪 Ingredients 1.5cup Dessicated coconut 20 almonds powdered 2 tbsp ghee 1/4 liquid jaggery Pinch of nutmeg Pinch of salt Mix all ingredients together ,roll into balls and shape the cookies Bake at 170C for 15 minutes and your cookies ready to enjoy
Ragi cookies 🍪 Ingredients 1/2 cup Ghee / Butter 1/2 cup Jaggery /Desi khaand 1 cup Ragi flour 1 cup Wheat flour 1/4 baking powder 3-4 drops vanilla essence 4 tablespoon milk (if required) Bake at low flame for 25 minutes on gas or you can Airfry at 160C for 12-15 minutes.. Let it cool completely and store upto 15 days in airtight container

Ingredients:- * Suji (3 tablespoon) * Water (as per your preference consistency of Suji) *Almond powder *Apple puree (for taste as sugar is not added) How to prepare it: *Dry roast Suji in a pan. *Boil water in pan *Add Suji in boiling water and make sure that there are no lumps of Suji *Add almond powered to it *Add apple puree *Switch of the flame *if you wish you can add breast milk or formula milk to make it runnier. And it’s ready to serve it. Benefits:- Suji enhances bone density,good for the nervous system and excellent for the heart as well.
Ingredients: *Beans *Pumpkin (kaddu) *Rice *Moongi Dal *Desi Ghee *Cumin seeds Method: * Put small amount of desi ghee. *Add very little zeera. *Pour washed rice & dal in pressure cooker and cook for 1-2 minutes. *Add all veggies as per your choices then close the lid of pressure cooker. *Let the 4-5 whistle comes *Mash it or grind it as per your preference.. *Ready to serve. Benefits: Carbohydrates from rice, proteins from lentils, and vitamins and fiber from vegetables make the khichdi a perfect recipe for the growing baby who needs energy and proteins during the first year of her life.
