My wife just asked me when she heard this. . What's the hurry? But in all seriousness both of us are metalheads. Fron morbid angel to even kmfdm. This metal has no soul. It feels like a magic show. You are playing to show technique thus neglecting grove, weight, character and soul. Rip dime was a good example of what I'm talking about. Less technical but anyone can hum a melody from any of his solos. No one can remember this after even listening to it. That's why no one cares about metal anymore. Too many nerds getting technical.

Focal Dystonia. It's a neurological disorder that prevents him from using his fingers correctly. The glove helps him regain control to play again.

He has focal dystonia in that hand. When he fretd with his first and pinky fingers at the same time it causes his middle to curl up into his palm. He's had to adjust his playing to compensate.

@@jellyfish4267 Разве? А в чём это заключается? Я просто про движуху внутри группы, мало осведомлён. Но их музыка, мне пока вполне вкатывает. Хотя, это скорее вопрос вкуса. Альбомы довольно разные. Мне например, вообще, больше всего вкатывает их творчество времён Акроазиса. Но и остальные альбомы и старые и новые, как по мне, тоже вполне годные, по своему.

@First Last thank god you and primo are able to enjoy this with being cringe about it. im working on a solaris cover at the moment, of course i appreciate and enjoy the art in this music a lot, but taking music so seriously that your ego gets wrapped into it is just forgetting that music is supposed to be enjoyed, not masturbated to LMFAO. i like pop too and understand its application and appeal despite 90% of my music taste being tech death. and no im not special LOL
