I was both depending on my body temp.

Use after the last day of your cycle and use it exactly how the directions say to use it. 🤗 my tip would be to have fun and don’t stress it. The way I was able to not stress trying to get pregnant again was writing everything down I was doing, taking ovulation tests twice a day and getting to really know my body alot better.

It really depends on what you’re most comfortable with. All the meetups I’ve had with each mom we’ve had our kids with us. Makes conversation light and easy. Also makes it much more comfortable to meet. Always in a public place with hubby and usually my mom knowing where I’m at.

Aw I know it’s hard but God has a plan. Just try and not think about it (I know it’s hard to do) definitely get the cream and buy ovulation tests and take them twice a day everyday while using the cream. Praying it works for you🤍

Hi! I hope my advice works for you🤗 so I bought the progesterone cream b/c I knew that that was the problem I was having with conceiving, low progesterone. So the cream helped boost my levels and regulate my levels to get a period. I used it twice a day until I got my period and as soon as my period ended I started using it again

@@GenesisB Hi thanks for your reply how did you know that was the problem? Do you have pcos? I’ve had all my bloods done and my progesterone is always low I think it was 1.6 and under the score said no ovulation cycle so obviously if I’m not ovulating it’s due to that? I know I have pcos but just trying to get my head around what my hormone levels mean etc. suret if I’m not ovulating I’m not producing enough progesterone? My Doctors don’t seem that clued up about it so kind of got to take things into my own hands but I’m worried incase by using the cream it’s going to mess things up even more? I was 35 days in between my cycles before I had ivf but since they are now 6 months! Literally at my wits end with it. Do you think I should give it a go? Or maybe speak to my doctor again? Such a hard journey 10 years I’ve been trying and just so annoying when dot know what to do? Any suggestions?

@@amberd2109 ugh I’m so sorry you’re dealing with it. Trust me I know it’s rough and frustrating but the first thing I will say is to definitely get your mind off of it and don’t stress it. I have PCOS and found out when I was trying to get pregnant the first time around. I went to a fertility specialist and that’s when I was told and put on the same plan I did the 2nd time around. My progesterone was very low and causing weight gain b/c it wasn’t regulated and my periods were months apart. I struggled before knowing anything. I don’t think it would be a harm to you if you started the progesterone cream but if you feel more comfortable asking a doctor first, I say do that but go to a fertility doctor instead since they are way more informed then just regular doctors.

@@amberd2109 ugh I know how hard it can be and what you’re going through. I knew I had PCOS when I was trying to get pregnant with my first. Nothing was happening and nothing had happened ever, so I decided to go to a fertility specialist to check what was going on b/c we had gotten my husband checked and he was fine. Turns out I have PCOS. My progesterone levels were low and my eating habits were bad. So I had progesterone pills I had to take and was put on the anti-inflammatory diet. I did that, exercised and was put on a sexy time schedule. If you feel more comfortable getting a doctors opinion I recommend going to a fertility specialist

I totally understand that. The easiest way to start up a conversation is just saying “Hey how are you? How’s your day going? Your baby is adorable” etc and just ask questions about anything. Ask for tips and advice if she’s a mom with more then one baby. You can 100% find positive mamas to talk to and even meet up with.

It took about a month and a week or 2. I ordered my box towards the end of April and got it in June.

I applied it to the recommended areas on the bottle 2x a day until the first day of my period. Once I got my period I would stop use. Then continue use a day after I was done. I hope that helps🤗

@@GenesisB Thank-you for the explanation. I was confused bc I heard using progesterone cream before ovulation could prevent ovulation from occurring and bc of that, to only use it in the 2ww.
