Why there absolutely no pauses? Exercises are very hard for beginners and it’s impossible to do them for 25 minutes in a row without at least couple of 30 seconds pauses
Thanks for your feedback! 🤍 After each exercise, there are short breaks integrated to allow the muscles to briefly recover. It is a deep strength training, so we want the muscles to work and the calories to burn. That's why the breaks are optimally timed, allowing the body to rest while still keeping the workout challenging. 💪🏽☺️

This is the best TH-cam workout i have ever Done. I workout almost every day, but had a long break. For starting in my workout Routine I decided to Do this and hat no big expectations. It Was a big surprise for me and I am very happy for that. I wondered, that you havent Milliones of Follover. But it will be hopely. The Best, you dont waste time with long speeches and adds. Direktly starting with the workout without Breaks. Please dont Change that. Thanks a lot.

This is amazing! I tried this yesterday and it was a challenge ( I have asthma ) but it was worth it! It gets my my heart pumping and I hope i can try to do this workout a few times a week! I really enjoyed this.
