i have the speed on 1.25 on that video now i play with 1.5 2x speed is just way too fast

@@fortdragons6934 in that case take it slow if you want. I also played on 1.25 and then bumped it up to 1.50 and then 1.75 and so on. It takes time to used to it but I’m hitting perfect notes a lot more consistently. Just a suggestion though so don’t feel pressured. Hope to see you on the leaderboards :D

i play pc but its not been dusted out for a year cause idk why and there is so much dust causing it to freeze. doesnt help i have a geforce gtx 750 ti. the bare bones requirement for fn

I'm a 4 key player but you'd be surprised how quickly you can get used to 5 keys, you should try it

fun fact. 5 key is the easiest mode for me. i cant play easy without screwing up alot because im used to 5 lanes not 4

​@@Zetr0 I was a strict 4 key (hard) player. But i just loved a good challenge. Spammed every metallica song on expert. And actually got used to it so quickly, that going back to 4 is confusing as hell for me

​​@@fortdragons6934This^^ I can see myself hitting the solos in a practice mode. Currently the only way to play practice mode is to watch someone else's yt video and pretend to play it.

it didnt. it made me worse. i tested it on Lux Æterna and with speed on 1.5 i got 190k 1ith 17 misses and with track speed on my regular wich is 1.25 i got 200k with 12 misses

@@fortdragons6934cuz ur not used to it. Turning up the speed separate the notes and widen the gap. Making it easier to see what to push. Slower speeds makes the gap smaller and just a huge cluster of notes. Why do you think the leaderboard players play with faster speed. Not to make it harder. To make it easier.

If you want to ever get intoexpert, try some easier songs. Get used to the controls, and you will improve from there.

I remember when I first tried expert mode, I thought I would NEVER be able to play it. It was so damn trippy to my brain I just couldn’t get it, but after playing the mode a ton I got better now all I play is expert mode lol 😭

I would honestly jump to expert rn to adjust to the extra button. I started on expert because of it so now it’s all natural to me.

I don’t understand how can it be easier by doing this. Increasing the speed is supposed to make it harder isn’t it ?

@@AKKKKEYDS Not really, while it might seem counter intuitive, it makes faster paced songs like this or Master of Puppets actually playable. Its more of reaction time rather than overthinking it. Perfects are also much easier to time. Id just recommend to play at at least 120 frames or more.

@@AKKKKEYDS I went from getting 5-10% misses to straight flawless with 90-95% perfects from simply changing my speed. The default one is wayy too slow. Its more for beginners playing on easy or medium

@@fortdragons6934 it'll take a while to adjust to it, I also have the PRO settings where all lanes are colored making it easier for me too. But my current speed is x1.25

@@VRTHE ive full cleared darude sandstorm its alot easier than ride the lightning by far imo and green day songs are no where near as hard
