You should make a box so that the blazes don't fly down into the void. You can try using nether wood which won't burn. You should use a lightning rod nearby to prevent the villagers from getting turned into witches. For your other farms you could use a water logged leaf, mangrove roots, stairs, or slabs. You should make an iron farm! Also I love the houses and build style. Very cute and cosy.

The burning skeleton at 2:57 was most likely a spider jockey. They have the same spawn conditions as a spider, so a lot of the jockeys get killed just by the environment, mostly by suffocating.
