Brother you are wrong it wasn't govt land .Secondly they are saying to go 30 ft behind from their lands and giving no money for the land that govt said to go behind. Basically they are acquiring the land without acquiring it ( by force and not transferring the land in govt name and in that way govt won't have to pay money for acquiring it ) and they are giving it name " operation against illegal encroachment" which itself is a joke

How many bed rooms ?

They are blackmailers and what development are we talking about? They have revised their delivery scheduled of NMC gujjar khan twice and still won't be able to deliver (they have promised to deliver A south by June 2024). Moreover its the 1st time any developer has started their development charges before end of their installment schedule and rather than dividing it equally, asked to pay 25% dev charges as initial ballon amount. People are paying development charges when their plots are months away from delivery. Also their balloting was messy and doubtful as they didn't ballot half of A-south and later called the people from older blicks to pay in full and get upgraded into a south. I'll never work with them again.

What about Arcadia Mall and residencia???
