Hello , I am writing to seek assistance with accessing my existing profile, which I created during my last form DS- 160 submission. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as I do not recall my username, and there is no option available to recover it. I have attempted to sign in but have been unsuccessful in obtaining the necessary credentials. I am also encountering difficulties while trying to create a new profile, as evidenced by the attached screenshot of the notification. For your reference, I have included a copy of my passport. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue so that I can proceed with the payment.

Hello, I had previously applied for the US visa in the J-1 category with my old passport; and I have reissued my new passport as the validity of my passport was already completed. Now, with the new passport number I filled up the DS-160 and tried to book a US VISA appointment slot, but in the application page by I saw close application and start a new application as the first option and after select this option by default it showed all personal details with the old passport number which is unable to be edited further. So I can't schedule a VISA appointment. Please let me know what should I do now for my appointment slot booking???
