I literally cannot play this hack. For whatever reason, it never starts a new game in the space station, so I'm ported right after the free fall with no missiles. Automatically perma soft locked and can't play it.

Pretty sure this Samus is a super hero lol

Kraid showed up for the ending, saw a TAS-possessed Samus lay a Powerbomb after two seconds, and just went the heck back home. Definitely the smartest Kraid I've seen in a ROMhack so far.

Screw Attack destroying crumble blocks must be so satisfying. Also, the way items automatically follow you in this one makes the TAS funnier to watch, it's like Samus is running for her life from all the pickups that could help her.

Wait, how much of this TAS was the intended method? All the setups appear to be for all of this obscure Kaizo tech. If so, it looks like Super Metroid finally has its answer to those "Pit" hacks of Super Mario World, or the "Mario Must Die" series by Sokobansolver. Thank you for the TAS; I thought I knew a lot about Super Metroid but apparently I don't! I've never seen most of these tricks before.

What version of the hack was this done on? A lot of the items seems to be in completely different places or the maps have different layouts than what I just played.

The fact that you kill the Aurora unit at the start of the game and nothing happens, only to hit you with it AFTER you start the self-destruct, is such a power move, dear lord. That's so damn good. Even better about the time it starts to channel it's beam, the ships self-destruction causing an errant transfer beam to erupt through your location making the hyper beam easier to use (or letting you use it if you didn't have it) is god tier. 100/10.
