Mastercam 2022 Tips - Staying Organized with Viewsheets
A lot of Mastercam tutorials never cover the "WHY?" questions for CNC programmers. Why do we program a certain way? With these videos I hope to clarify some of these questions for newer Mastercam users.
This video covers developing an organized workflow within Mastercam 2022 using Viewsheets, Planes Manager, and Levels Managers. While these aren't required, they certainly help in creating an organized workflow that isn't overly cluttered.
This video will help users understand why programmers SHOULD program using these features, and not just covering HOW to use them, but also WHY. I hope this content improves your programming!

#2: Transform/Stock Setup - Mastercam for Beginners
มุมมอง 10K3 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video, we go over correctly setting up your part in Cartesian space for proper machining. A machine group must be added before proceeding! All parts must be oriented correctly before beginning toolpathing operations. Next, we create a stock setup boundary for later use in simulating the toolpaths created. This is an important step in the CNC programming process, and should never be skip...

Hey man. You done making videos ???
Welll explained. love to work on mastercam
go to Machines menu top of screen pick mill/lathe /post normal you not use default post
This was an amazingly helpful video. Thank you so much!
I just subscribed !! Keep pumping out mastercam content! We love it! Thank you dear sir. Young CNC machinist here. Well, not so young anymore /: But still learning!!!
thank you very much.
So helpful. Thank you. Ill look for more from you. Very effective video.
What type of material?
THANK YOU.
Obviously you know by now that what you clicked on at the bottom of the screen was not visible to us!!
thanks for the video
Why did you set the stock height above the origin to zero? Isn’t it supposed to remove some to get a clean surface on top? 🤔
Thank you!
When I right click on tooth path I don't see anything for groups. I only see Floating, Docking, and Hide.
Go under the 'Machine' tab in the top tabs (inbetween 'Art' and 'View') Click Mill, then default. It'll create a toolpath or something, i was having your issue
Do you think the multipasses helps with the depth cuts. Especially, when you select finish at final depth to really get the edges if you have to contour inside the part.
The least I can do is drop this comment to thank you truly from my heart for all the mastercam content you post on your channel and explain in details many things I have hard time understanding God bless you man !
Great presentation skills. Clear and concise.
Thanks for sharing
Well done video, however it should require less clicks to save and reuse a stock model for OP2. Other CAM companies automate a lot of this.
Excellent explanations. Great job!
Pls Hindi language translation for video
Super
awesome
no very good ???? just wasted my time
awesome
so I downloaded it and when I go to tool manager and select tools it crashes every time?
Thank you sir
Hi may I have your business card so I can contact with you about some of class online please
You are better teacher than Titan Academy. More vids are always welcome.
Thank you!
Gud day sir..im a newly user mastercam 2022 my mastercam didnt show the cartisian line can demo how to show cartisian line TIA
Hello Teacher! Do you have any video of 4th or 5th axis mastercam tutorials? I watched this and love the way you explained. So good video.
I never leave comments but these videos are just 11/10. I wish I had these when I learned MasterCAM!
Niice..Thank You for sharing.
simple, clear, effective, & concise..Thank You for sharing.

Best Tutorial video I've checked out so far 👌 Thank you very much!
Thank you for doing this
How about, "Could you please make more videos?"
That is the plan! I just posted a new one and have a bunch in the queue to get through

Excellent
What is a 3D mouse? I use Solidworks and have never heard of that before. I use a corded mouse. In the next clip you do center the part on the MasterCam origin. I guess the program takes care of going between the positive and negative axis instead of picking a corner for the origin?
A 3D mouse is a product made by 3D Connexion that allows for easy panning/zooming/rotating simultaneously. Highly recommended if you do any level of CAD/CAM/CAE work on a regular basis. Here's a link 3dconnexion.com/us/spacemouse/
The next video covers the orientation yes. You can technically orient a part however you see fit. Certain times a corner is best, I like centering to avoid tolerance stackup issues especially on second op. It depends greatly on application
Please, give credits to the Titans of cnc pal
I did give credit to Titans of CNC.
hey make more videos like titan 2m and etc
good explanation thank you for your effort
Thanks for watching!

Hi, your videos help me a lot, Thanks
Glad to help, thanks for stopping by! I am hoping to get some more video series posted this summer
Very easy to understand tutorial. Thanks.
The model went pink because it's the result of an Xform. Right click > Clear colors.
