3 hours at 200oC sound too much cooking
Believe me after 3 hours the meat will be melting in your mouth. As it's in the sauce cooking it's taking longer. ;)

@@ЧеловекРазумный-р1рчудило, ковры разные бывают, есть и такие, которые дороже твоей халупы 😂 А вообще, средняя база отдыха в России из кедра, да с сауной, бассейном, закатами, гриле на свежем воздухе в сто раз душевней 😊
