It's something we have only done on TTS. Every time we don't discard the bottom card and try to keep the shifted card on top, the game gets very finicky when try to move the card. If you have solutions to it I'm all ears.

There was a location round where I got absolutely smoked. They are tough to deal with :(

@@pierluigibilotto4126 my guess would be Genie has added more card draw making it a bit less necessary. Plus no songs means it's not vulnerable to Ursula in the mirror.

Which deck are you referring to?

It’s fallen off considering it’s quite slow and the majority of the cards in that deck fall to the big Sisus running everywhere

It might be playable now. It fell off because it lost to green steel discard and that is mostly out of three meta now. However I'm not sure how lemon lime does against the current top decks. Dwarf mine might just run it over.

Genuinely not sure. It seemed to me it was always a very swingy deck. It could pop off so hard that it was an auto loss for your opponent. But it could equally just fall apart and do nothing if it saw bad play lines.

That's an interesting idea. You could get Hades out as soon as Turn 3 and have him ready to go on 4. Wonder if that's worth using.

Never been a fan of voyage but Tuk Tuk doesn't seem bad.

Ugh Jim. The card I love in concept and always burns me when I use it :( But he actually fits with Lantern so that makes sense.

@rudrose_tcg Just In Time + Jim is too good and I think it fits nicely in this deck with what you're trying to do

@@diogopires9000 correct. The ink does not have to be dry to exert an item.

Yeah it had the Mickey I was looking for but I really wanted to try Daisy. Can't overlook the John Silver that gets beefy with locations though.

@@Pyropuschel Certain decks will just beat it up sadly. I'd love to see it break through as a serious meta contender but it's got heavy competition.

This deck is essentially trying to go faster then your opponent so that they have to spend time answering you and not the other way around. If you find you are struggling with that you could add in cards Like Be Prepared, Small Sisu, etc.

Good suggestion! I never wanted to use Chip anyway so the Baloo is a good replacement.

You could do something like Island I pulled from the sea to find your locations a little easier. Nothing really replaces Rapunzel in terms of card draw, but you could try Julieta Madrigal. She's like a mini rapunzel.

I did! Actually ran a version with Cindy singer on turn 1, instant sing islands. It's really good when it works but didn't always line up. And then the Cindy would usually die, plus I didn't have any other good follow up songs :(

I was under the impression you cannot just have a character leave a location. They must either go to a new location or the location must be banished to boot them out. If what you say is true that's a huge difference.

This one was actually in a build with the 1 drop Cinderella Singer! You play Cindy on one, sing Island turn 2 and you guarantee get the finish line, or starting line if you need it. The combo is good although it's more pieces to line up properly and uninkables. But when it works? It's nice :)

@@AgustinBuenrostro-o5q When Iago quests, he reduces the cost of the next action played by 2 ink, allowing them to cheat out the Bend to My Will early

Is there a faster version? Taffyta, Finish Line, Starting Line/Shift seems to be the quickest possible start. Turn 4 Minnie, Ink sets up turns 5 on with at least one finish Line. Would you suggest more removal against Aggro? Reckless racers?

@KoalaF3 no removal just play solitaire and keep 4 brawls handy for Diablo. Max out on Minnie play Cinderella and the location song searched for more consistency to use Speedway turn 3. Use Moana 1 drop 5 drop and 7 drop to finish your games maxing out with 4 each. Use 4 voyages to pop off Speedway multiple times a turn. If you put down taffyta shift turn 2 make sure to sing with her that same turn to get off on turn 3 or play Cindy turn 1 and another character turn 2 to use Speedway.

@BossBattleHero the song was the other addition I wanted to ask about. I can see the need to fetch. How can Voyage get multiple Speedways? Or is it just the idea that they will be a cheap move?

@@KoalaF3 so the red speed way is only once per turn but with voyage being a 1 cost and moving to red Speedway is free you don't need to exert your character to move to yellow Speedway. Voyage is really important so make sure you don't ink it unless you really have to

The later in the turn play another yellow Speedway and use the same monster to move to red Speedway for free then use the effect to exert take 1 damage and gain 6 total lore and draw 6 cards

I came here for the Ratigan suggestion. Tiana's Palace at 3 cost and unsinkable might be a bit much.

I tried Ratigan in an original build. When it works I loved it because of all the natural damage you get. But in practice I found I often wanted to spend the ink on other things then paying 2 to move their naturally. And maybe I had bad luck but when I used the Speedway to go there the characters would get banished before Ratigan's ever went off.

You should look at using Tuk Tuk / Voyage / Moana shift to get characters to Ratigans without paying the cost. OR you can race a character for free to Ratigans with natural damage and then you get that passive lore next turn and can move them back using Tuk Tuk / Voyage / Moana or move them for free back to the start line.

I do like that line. Getting it out 2 turns early would be really nice.

Both the cards feel SOOOO good with Library. I think they are 100% fine to run. I've just personally cut them because at my locals I guarantee face steel/song once a week and they just kept dying before I could use them :(

I would imagine the green/grey will be the preferred more consistent deck over this but ya never know.

Good catch! I don't always check their "jobs". If you could play it for free that's super appealing.

If Ruby Steel ever gets reliable card draw I think it could be very potent.

I have one built in green and red, want to try out the amber ones as well.
