Most things can if you are willing to put in the creative element. Normally the lighter the rules the easier to solo as there is less to remember but if you know the system well enough it should be ok.

So good question. The RPG book is packed with setting and details. The rules are fairly thin mostly they are a layer of structure. Some of the tables (well one) isn’t even finished off but all the flavour is there in prose and art. If all you want is the setting I’d pick the RPG book alone if you want to dig in as far as you can into the 90s vibe that might be cool but the original book I don’t think would greatly add past the RPG book apart from the amazing art.

Hello there. I used Mythic extensively for my Pirate Borg campaign. As TWD has its own solo rules I mainly used those. You read my mind with Fallout but getting hold of the books at a reasonable price out here in Australia land is proving harder then I’d have thought. I have the starter off of drivethru as it’s free 😁

@@HollowPondsSoloSagas I have TWD too, and I've played the solo version, which I absolutely love! I used the maps provided with the starter set for my first game. I bought a map of New England recently that I'm going to use for my next game. I checked Modiphius site, and they are out of stock of the Fallout core rule book. Normally it's $57.78 in USD, which would be 87.71 in Australian dollars (had to look that up lol). But, hopefully you could find it at a good price for you. I'd very much love to see you dive into that game as I've enjoyed your TWD videos as well others, like Twilight 2000 and now your Cyberpunk videos. Great stuff!

Hello. What do you mean by dice tutorials? You can work any game into any other. The main difference I think between Red and 2077 barring the extra 32 years for Night City to rebuild and it no longer being a time of scarcity is you can hack people. Rules wise. Apart from that it’s ontnuchterd different. Anyone else thoughts?

@@HollowPondsSoloSagas I've never played tabletop before so. what dice do usually use? yeah I'm trying to do solo in 2077 since the digital game was launched. and if I play red gonna play in the bird flue crisis after the corporate war. your campaigns are awesome.

@rock_ok ah I see. I’ll think about it. A basics intro is maybe an idea. But I think there is an assumed mutual understanding of the basics with what I do but I’ll give it some thought.

Not in the rules no but you can play with it.

Is this the one where I mention it? It took me a while to work out what was missing and then why it didn't matter and when I did I thought it was awesome and very clever.

It makes what I do heaps easier lol like untold amounts but the slight differences can still catch you out. Combat in Electric State is slightly different from other Year Zero games. Wait till later in the series and you will see.
