If you have extreme dryness then you can use blue one, else white one. You can also checkout dot&key ceramide one thats really good.

Glad you liked it dear now i have found another brand which is making sulphate & paraben free plant based hair products and the best part is they don't use any fragrance, i am loving their products as well. Will soon come up with a review.

No its an exfoliant , should be used at night only avoiding sensitive areas for 10mins only and ,then wash it off. Also do a patch test before and next day apply spf .
