To construct isometric of semicircular round surface।Round shape from Front and Side pictorial view.
To construct isometric of semicircular round surface।Round shape from Front and Side pictorial view.
Samjho hame L-type plates par samnese aur bajuse isometric me semicircular surface nikalna hai tab ham four centre method ellipse ka use kaise karte hai wo iss videome sikhaya hai.
We have to construct a faint box in isometric of required measurements.While doing so we have to see how much will be the total dimension of length looking from left side means from Front.Upto the centre line of radius the distance is given 85 mm and if we add the radius R15 it becomes total 100 mm.As the bottom plate is 30 mm height and upper radius 25 mm, the total height will be 55 mm and width of the block is 50 mm.We can draw semicircular portion nearer to the point of origin by taking 15 mm in the compass.Mark this distance to get the centre lines for drawing a square of 30 mm.Draw big diagonal.Using the four centre method ellipse construct only half circle in isometric.As this is left surface, centre line will be sloping from left to right & one vertical.Draw parallel line at the distance of 50 mm from this diagonal.In order to construct small radius & big radius at back shift the points from where to where the radius is to be drawn and the centres of it.Now construct the upper plate of 30 mm thickness.Mark centre line in 30°and vertical.It will give the point from where we can mark distance of 25 mm to the four directions in order to construct a square in isometric.Keep in mind that as the round surface is seen from right, the centre line is sloping from right to left downwards and one vertical.Construct big diagonal which is at 60°to the ground and join big angle to front centre to get the centre of small arc.Also draw back side parallel diagonal which will direct the limit of back side arc.Big angle is the centre to mark big arc.Shift the three points means the centre point and where to where the arc is to be drawn.Thus completed upper round surface.The final easy work of making outlines dark, centre lines thin will complete the block.Erase unwanted construction and show essential dimensions & radius.Don't forget to mark the front arrow with capital letter.
