    From what I can tell Weekly is one of the worst builders in the country.

      Compared to what? DW like majority of the builders in this community are production home builders. They put homes up in 7-12 months so they are as good as the hands that build them. Most of the builders at the same tier level use the same trades/material. Usually when somone makes a comment like this it is b/c they had a bad experience w/ a particular builder or knows someone who has…hence I cannot stress how important it is to have the right team to guide you through this process. My brother is building a DW home currently & he made that decision based on the community he wanted to live, which lot was the best for him (location) , & then based on that location what available floorplans worked best for him within his budget. Yes we would all love to afford a custom home on premium land…thanks for watching.

    Most of the scenery and establishments are not even in Jacksonville. I am not trying to be argumentative, but living in St. Johns County does not allow you to really know what it is like to "LIVE IN JACKSONVILLE" People living in Jax are not happy about a brand new shiny stadium. Our tax dollars are being misused on a stadium when we have so many other issues that should be a higher priority. I have lived here my entire life and we like that this isn't a party town.

      Jennifer, thanks for watching this video & taking the time to comment. Yes St. Johns County is not Jacksonville it is a suburb of Jacksonville for those that are not clear on that already. Whether this allows me to give my opinion on a city b/c I live in a suburb is for the audience who find this video helpful or not to determine..so no need to be argumentative. I would have never learned about St. Johns County if it weren’t for my familiarity with Jax hence I chose a suburb of Jax since it was a better fit for me & my family.     How do the HOA fees compare to CCD communities such as Nocatee?

      HOA fees are a little less than CDD fees in Nocatee bc you are paying an HOA in Nocatee as well. The difference is after 20-30yrs the debt portion of the CDD fee goes away…
