Can you help me I have the same bolts on my pergiot but the hole of the top bit is not there so only flat part of bolt to try get out any way I can use mig to get it out thanks

You don't need to do any welding just use drill bits up to 9.5mm then a square extractor banged in with a lump hammer. Breaker bar on the end of the extractor, undo, then out comes the bolt. The heat from welding will very likely damage the surface of the alloy wheel.
