DIdn't really spend too much time in the wedding area, but there is Gazebo by the beach where they do weddings.. its ok I guess. But I've seen nicer at other resorts. Such as Luxury Bahia Principe Resort... their wedding area is very nice.

Yes.. You just have to schedule when you get there. it is not just walk in.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. But I would have to respectfully disagree with you, that this hotel is Terrible, Dirty, Food is poor and the staff is untrained. None of these things I've experienced on my 2 Trips there. Hotel was Fairly clean, tuns of food options, and food was great. The staff was very pleasant, and cool.

yep its pretty much outdated. but for the price, its still a pretty decent, place to crash.

@@damann522 Well this place would be perfect for you. It is family friendly and is very spacious plenty of space to move about and relax.

We were looking for this room on the travel sites, but couldn't figure out which one it was. So we booked a Seaview room and upgraded when we got to the hotel. We just told them we want the room with the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Agreed.. One of the best if not the best.

Its ok for what you pay for. Dated, and lack any decent restaurants onsite. Poolside is ok, and beach is decent. I had a room with a Balcony, facing the poolside and beach, which was nice.

@@babydaddy6887 The 8k footage on the S20 sucks.. Nevertheless, 8K isn't even widely adopted yet.. no one has 8k tv's yet. yet alone computer monitors.

Grand Oasis is not as big and no where as nice as Grand Bahia P in Ja. But it isn't too terrible. Rooms are somewhat dated, but is stocked with alcohol. Balcony is small, but ocean and pool side views are nice. Food is so so. Buffet is ok, as well as the italian restaurant. Everything else is meh. they have a lot of parties by the pool, just as long as it isn't raining. There is a night club on the premises, that have parties, stage shows, and free admission to a party on a pirate ship which is pretty fun. Drinks or ok as long as you take a shot of tequila on the side with your mixed drink for extra potency. There are definitely better resorts in cancun, but if your on a budget, and plan to just go on excursions, and party down town. it isn't too bad.

Yes. As long as you got the band on your wrist, you could go to the other RIU hotels.
