Sorry, but this does not happen. Since it is a prototype, they never put a Anti-Piracy screen, plus, that artwork there is for the Sonic 3 Prototype OST Remastered. Also, there is not even 1 trace of an Anti-Piracy Screen in the Final OR the 1103 Proto. Not to say IT IS BAD, I really like it, just saying this.
