The day spent with children - orphans and their guardians, mentors, teachers at Meshack Orphan Foundation was something exceptional. So much love, feelings.
The orphanage takes care of 35 children. They are still quite at the beginning of their work. The house is set up, they need beds, tables/benches, they recently renovated the toilet. Above all, they are very happy to get food, warm clothes, and school supplies. They are not only grateful for the material goods, but they are also immensely and sincerely looking forward to the time we give them. It is incredible how happy they are to visit, you can feel that they are eager for love, the awareness that someone cares for them, that they are not alone in this world. Each of us on thus planet longs for love, acceptance, care. These little orphans, who were left alone at an early age, even as newborns and babies, and we can only imagine what it means for them to have someone they can lean on. Meshack, his wife and team are doing a really great job.
