I also started getting floaters about 2 years ago, this year I turned the big 50 and the weight has been creeping on me, so im not excessively over weight, but I have this awful little pot belly that I hate looking into the mirror, so watching Dr.phil today decided to do this diet, so was looking for reviews, not too many online just a few, but on the show the motivation was amped up, I have about 30/40 lbs. to lose, so im going to buy the book tomorrow, also a comment about what you said about friends, yes some friends will drop off because of different reasons, my 50 year old friends aren't taking care of themselves, my best friend is heavier than I am, but she doesn't seem bothered by her weight and shes like 220/240 and has hip problems and doesn't want to walk anymore with me or ill go over her house to say hi and theyre always eating a lot of sugar, meats, beer and I lover her to death but I cant do that anymore I love myself too much. Ill get in touch with ya later and tell you how I did with my diet for 20 days. Wish me luck.

So you classified yourself as an over eater. Welcome to America! People remark how wonderful it is when they are served gargantuan portions & they love all you can eat buffets. It's nuts.

You're singing my song when you talk gumbo with okra & I don't care for file' either. So sad to hear of the loss of your sister. I clicked on a thumbs up & then forgot I did it so I went to quickly click on it to undo it but it gave you a thumbs down, which you do not deserve. I then clicked another thumbs up. Sorry. I am excited about your potential decision to date. With that perky personality of yours you will have to beat them off with a stick!

Oh my, the music was so distracting, Kay. I am concerned about the eating out part also. Each week I have a volunteer group & after our workshop whoever wants to goes out for lunch. It's a big part of the socializing. Somehow I don't think the restaurants would appreciate me taking up a chair just to drink a glass of water, not to mention the torture of watching the others eat.

Soon you are going to shrivel up so small I will need to get a magnifying glass to watch your videos! I meant to suggest a couple of videos ago that you possibly turn down the music on your videos just a wee bit. :-)

You have an infectious smile! Your waist looks smaller because your top looks roomier. I meant to tell you on the last video that I prefer to only use fresh lemons. You have such a positive attitude.

I used the MyFitnessPal app to track calories & lost 5 lbs. Then I gained it back on vacation. Counting calories with it became too tedious for me. I didn't want to actually purchase Dr. Phil's book so when my library got it in I picked it up. It's certainly a different type of diet. I have spent a few hours reading it.

Doing push ups? Out of my league.

I'm about to watch your follow up videos to this one. I got the book from the library today & then I went to the grocery store. I will start tomorrow. I will pray for you if you pray for me! :-)
