Queen Margaret College is Wellington's leading independent girls' school for students Year 1 - 13. We have a co-educational Preschool and boarding facilities for Year 7 - 13 onsite. Queen Margaret College is an International Baccalaureate World School and is the only girls' school in New Zealand to offer the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma. Senior School students can choose to take the IB Diploma or New Zealand's NCEA in Year 12 and 13 as part of our dual qualification pathway. We believe in the importance of girls’ education.
