Nice version, clean playing. However, I want to add that I've never seen or heard anyone play this piece with the velocity and zest that Billy Joel puts into this composition.

One of the most ‘stirring’ marches written for many years. I have played this over & over numerous times. This, is a particularly good rendition supported by visuals from the movie it was written for. Fantastic British film of which i own a DVD that i watch it frequently, recalling the days of my childhood in the south of England where i was born & raised from 1933 onward. I well remember those dark days & nights of terror during the bombing raids, wondering if we would survive as a family. It was truly frightening for many of us, especially our mother who was responsible for the well being of the family of five children while dad was away in the army doing his part. We were lucky. We all survived & our dad came home to us unlike so many who never returned.

Strange how this number has become so closely associated with the RAF when it was written as a luftwaffe march?
