Thank You

It's nice in the summer and fall, OK in the spring, but really cold in the winter. The bay itself can get a little too rough for small boats, canoes & kayaks. My family has had connections there for generations. Just across from Vermont. There is a campground next to the boat launch area, not sure how pricey it is.

So far I haven't had to use my heater. I've only tried it out. I'm going to be heading south southwest in a couple of weeks, hoping the weather will hold until then.

I love my Mega 1! (And btw, it’s pronounced “O’-pus.”)😉 I recommend having 2 if you can swing it. You can be charging one while using the other. I was really surprised at how fast mine recharged with the solar panels. It took less than 2 hours to go from 70-100% using one set of the 240 watt panels. It was a bright, sunny day.

@@Jen-CelticWarrior Yeah. That's my plan to get a more powerful one for the refrigerator & kitchen. 🙂 It's funy, Dave, The Campulance Man pronounces it "oops" as well.

I may have to wait until next year to do Bay Lane & Cedar Top. Getting too cold to stick around the north country in winters anymore. I have m ixed emotions about doing Cedar Top. Used to be home, mow it's all changed, but I' will do it.

@@Gimblegirl cedar top will bring tears to my eyes if its to much for you i understand . whens the last time you were there . i have google earth it . bet no sign of camp left just water pipes under ground here and there lol

@@JohnLeonard-l8u I was there a couple of years ago. Fancy houses along the shore and one on the beach. I think the only thing left of your camp is the fireplace. There are a couple of outhouses left too.

It's funny. You hear that it will be bigger next year.

For some reason I've never used a phone for photography. I originally got PS so my son could create. I learned from there mosly on my own.

Cedar Top & Bay Road are on my list. Will do what I can. Why can't you come across anymore? No transportation or did you do something? Like & subscribe and you'll be kept in the loop for when I post.

He's embracing his native roots. BTW John, just got my first Passport. Hopefully will be traveling through Canada in the future.

He was a tough horse. Came back 2 weeks later and won the steeplethon stake. I had him out in the field after that and noticed he was walking a little hinky so I brought him in. We did a vet check and found he had a hairline fracture in his hock. I figured he did it when he came down hard at Glenwood. Just a horse that gave you everything he had.

​@Gimblegirl I met this wonderful boy last weekend at KHP and was honored to spend 20 minutes just cuddling - I've never had a horse respond to me like that before. I'd never heard of him before I walked in that barn, but now I'm his biggest fan. Thank you so much for sharing him.
