You could also put Apple cider vinegar in Apple juice it just gives the juice a little refreshing bite. better than water mix.
also NOTE: don't use any form of Steroids. They now call Eczema Topical Steroid Withdraw; it should be called "Toxic Steroid Withdraw." Thanks for sharing the Apple cider Vinegar for a treatment I have also use two Tablespoons of Castor oil and eat something to rig the awful taste of castor Oil, but I think I'm more interested in the 2 cups Apple cider in a tub of warm water 30 minute soak.

Thanks for sharing this about Apple cider vinegar in the bath water and soaking. I have eczema too and I just use clear warm water and soak for about 30 minutes, and it helps, to remove toxins from your skin., but it does keep coming back. I am going to try Apple cider vinegar. Thanks again.

@@kamalkaur3965 Good morning, yes castor oil fade dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Make sure it is cold pressed organic in a dark glass bottle and use consistently. Amazon sells Queen of thrones and Heritage both are good brands. And again thanks for watching don’t forget to subscribe God Bless
