Yes, Samma Satta junction is a part of my boyhood memmories--- in the company of my mother, used to take train from Samma Satta to Hasilpur ---- so as to go to village 75, to visit our grandparents and uncles and aunts. Saddening to know that Samma Satta to Hasilpur, Bahawalnagar and Amruka train services are no longer there since 2011!! One reason has been that railway train tickets were more expensive?? ---- so people stopped going by train????? Is that one of the reasons that trains were no longer being used for travel???

Unfortunate that this train service from SAMMA-SATTHA to BAHAWALNAGAR was terminated. That way no train service for BAHAWALPUR STATE AREAS at all. Has been mentioned that " MAFIA " of BUS SERVICES etc have something to do about stop of these train services ?? So sad that since 2011, no railway service to entire STATE of BAHAWALPUR. If "MAFIA" of bus services etc are still very active, this service may never be restored. !!

This video is 2 years ago. In these 2 years, has there been retoration of railway services or not ??? In Pakistan, things are not done that well. What has been completed in the last 2 years. Today is MAY 13, 2024. Anything done ,completed yet. Why this railway services from SAMMA-SATHA was terminated??. Seems that "M A F IA " of buses and other transports have done something of this???? With railway service stopped in 2011, buses and other transport services are getting more business??? Anyway ,hope that this railway service from SAMMA-SATTHA to BAHAWALNAGAR is restored. But "M A F I A" of buses etc will not like that?????? So this "M A F I A" of buses etc may prevent this happening?????

I have memories of travel by train from SAMMA-SATTHA junction to HASILPUR. I feel sad that these train services have been stopped and terminated.

Why SAMMA-SATHA to BAHAWALNAGAR railway services were terminated by Pakistan Railways ??

Nobody mentions that why railway service from SAMMA-SATHA to Bahawalnagar was terminated by Pakistan Railways? The reason was that not enough people were travelling by train on this route ,and so continued service was no longer cost effective??

What is being shown is ----terminated railway lines ,several years ago. This has have to be all re-done again. Hopefully, enough people will be travelling again to make this railway service profitable again.
